According to statistics, the District of Columbia is the least inexpensive place to move to the United States. The city has the lowest motor-fuel consumption per driver. $204 monthly energy cost, an average of $93 on the monthly electricity bill, $45 on natural gas, and $66 on motor fuel.
2. Colorado
The Second on the list is Colorado as the least-expensive state to live in. An average of $251 on energy cost, $91 a month on electricity, $38 monthly on natural gas, and $122 on motor fuel.
3. Washington
Washington is the third city on the list, The overall energy cost on a monthly basis is $265. The average cost on residential is $109, $29 on natural gas, $125 on motor fuel, and $2 for home heating oil.
4. Louisiana
