What is the definition of “bond clean”?

If there is a dispute about replacing lost things, paying for cleaning, or damage at the conclusion of the tenancy, it will be a crucial piece of evidence. When you move out, a bond clean or an end-of-lease clean restores the property to its original state.

Throughout Your Tenancy
